The management of services for local Job Centres, through coordination and planning in accordance with the relevant department and more specifically: an initial interview and information giving session, a job guidance interviews at first and second level, careers guidance for groups, mediating between supply and demand, marketing of services available to companies, information desks dedicated to particular groups (women, the young and students, the self-employed, immigrant), specific activities for dedicated job placement (in accordance with law 68/99) for the brokering of supply and demand between companies and the registered unemployed, Training of staff involved in the offering of services and tools necessary for proficient implementation of the services themselves, development of computer programs at job centres and checks on the fulfilment of the project’s objectives.
