Training courses for Provincia di Livorno Personnel
Training to promote the re-qualification and training of human resources in the province’s local authority. The project makes use of continuous and permanent training to underpin the range of knowledge s well as the transversal and professional skills of civil servants, thereby contributing to the overall growth of local government and maintaining a high level of quality in the services offered to citizens. At the same time it follows the guidelines of giving qualifications to human resources as contained in the new plan for employment by the Tuscan region. The course is divided into the following modules: careers guidance, overhaul of local services, separation of political administration within local authority administration, executive management plan and company management, self-evaluation and final test. The re-qualifying courses are offered to all the province’s personnel.
