We chose the photos by Enrico Genovesi to emphasize the value of social inclusion for disadvantaged people placed at work, the focus of the project. The images are taken from the book "Equal. Entrance to Work", created to document the placement work performed on the five coastal provinces through the project "Coast Revitalization", published in 2005, of which "Valori" transfers a good practice. The photographs were taken directly at work (in a thirty companies selected from those who have hosted internships for disadvantaged people and have continued the relationship with employment contract) and show the people become resources for productive infrastructure and integrated into company. Genovesi has dedicated years to the photographs with high sensitivity for social issues and work, which documents in black and white. Some of these were published in monographic texts such as "Free Inside, Gorgona Prison" (2003) on the prisoners in the jail, which has won many awards, and "Femina Rea" (2006) on the female section of some tuscan prisons.
