“Alla scoperta del PAL” is a brief guide by the satirist Sergio Staino, with 34 cartoon images on such themes as employment, the labour market, education policies and the quality of life in the Livorno area.
The cartoon version of the LAP is a synthetic, and slightly ironic, representation of the principal themes of the local action plan for employment. It is an important tool for planning at a local level, and as such is the first to have been drawn up in Europe on the basis of the new guidelines for work and employment. It intends to inform an ever broader public on a range of themes, which are the domain of a few, in a simple and attractive manner so that they may make the most of training, work, education and social opportunities on offer in their area.
